- Orders are processed within 5 business days before shipment.
- We ship orders Monday through Friday.
- All products are kept in stock unless marked “Out of Stock” on our website.

- We do not offer international shipping by default.

Packaging & Product Handling
- Most orders are shipped in durable boxes to protect your items.
- We ship sealed perishable goods, packaged to maintain freshness and product integrity during transit.
Order Tracking
- All orders include a tracking number.
- Tracking updates are sent via email and/or SMS
- If you experience any issues with tracking your order, please contact us and we’ll assist right away.
Lost, Stolen, or Address Issues
If your package is:
- Lost in transit
- Marked as delivered but not received
- Shipped to an incorrect address
