Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days before shipment.
  • We ship orders Monday through Friday.
  • All products are kept in stock unless marked “Out of Stock” on our website.

  • Free Shipping on orders over $50
  • Overnight Shipping: Not currently offered by default.
    If you require overnight delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • We do not offer international shipping by default.
  • If you need a custom international order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Packaging & Product Handling

  • Most orders are shipped in durable boxes to protect your items.
  • We ship sealed perishable goods, packaged to maintain freshness and product integrity during transit.

Order Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates are sent via email and/or SMS
  • If you experience any issues with tracking your order, please contact us and we’ll assist right away.

Lost, Stolen, or Address Issues

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Shipped to an incorrect address
